L-茶氨酸

茶氨酸（L-Theanine）是存在于茶叶内的一种主要氨基酸。茶氨酸的化学命名为：N-乙基-L-谷氨酰胺，属于酰胺类化合物，自然存在的茶氨酸均为L型，通常茶氨酸含量越多茶叶的等级越高。茶氨酸极易溶于水，有甜味。
